Contact : Hello, so sorry that i cancel booking today through agoda.
As one of our members have leg problem, cannot go upstair and need elevator.
I found that agoda would charge me US15 per room for cancellation fee. And I need to give full pay of your rooms if i am no show.Right?
May i ask your kind consideration for reduce the price of penalty?
